How does Pirate Piška manufactures unique products?
I make Pirate Piška products in a workshop located in the vicinity of Ljubljana. Under this brand I silk print my own illustrations on t-shirts, sweatshirts and socks and I’m sewing various backpacks. Above all, I combine love for handmade and sustainable products. I like to complement my collections with various accessories because I want it to function holistically and not only through clothing. It is very important for me that I do sewing and printing myself, that materials have local origin, that t-shirts are made from Organic Cotton and have Fair Wear certificates and I always make sure the final product is accessible to people.
All my print items are printed by hand screen printing and sometimes have minor differences! This should not be seen as flaws!
How do I take care for my new garment?
Pirate Piška printed t-shirts will look better and live longer if you hand wash it in a worm (not hot) water the first time. After that you can wash it in washing machine, but the temperature must not be higher than 40°C, alone or with similar colours. No bleach and iron inside-out on a low setting.
Backpacks made with waterproof canvas and / or faux leather must be washed with sponge and not in washing machine!
All garments also come with extra washing instructions attached when purchased.
Does Pirate Piška make custom Backpacks?
No, unfortunately I don’t. A custom backpack takes a lot of time and for the time being I really don’t have any extra to take custom orders.
Alternatively, I can make an existing product with a logo of your choice. Such backpacks for example, are suitable as business gifts. I will be glad if you contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What about custom t-shirts?
No, but that has nothing to do with time. If you are asking if I can make one custom t-shirt for you and maybe one more for your friend, than I suggest you consider a digital print, since I only deal with screen print which is only suitable for larger print jobs.
I want a product but it’s out of stock. What do I do?I know there’s nothing worse than waiting! I recommend signing up to our email notifications for products that are out of stock. If you click the “Email Me When in Stock” button underneath the product you’re interested in, we’ll let you know as soon as it’s restocked!
There’s something wrong with the order/products I received!
We’re so sorry about the mix-up. If there is an issue with the order you have received, I kindly ask you to provide a clear photo of the packing slip (clearly displaying the order number and any initials marked) and all the units received (preferably in the original packaging). I will be happy to further assist in resolving this issue!

How can I purchase an item on Pirate Piška’s website?
It is easy – just pick a product you like, add it to your cart and click on checkout. Afterwards, fill in all the important information and follow the steps. System will direct you to PayPal, then you will be redirected automatically to our e-shop and your purchase will be processed.
I placed an order on your website and never received a confirmation email.
Order confirmations are sent out immediately. Our emails can sometimes accidentally go straight to your junk folder and/or may be flagged by spam filters. Please check these folders and mark us as nice monkeys instead of spam.
If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please fill out the contact page on our website and we will be happy to assist further. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you!
Can I add or remove products from my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any edits or substitutions.
However, after placing an order, if you notice incorrect items, let us know as soon as possible by reaching out to us via our contact page. We may be able to cancel and refund your order so that you can place another with the correct items!
I want to cancel my order!

Please reach out to us through our contact page and please reach out as quickly as possible so that we cancel your order in time. Once an order has been processed, we are no longer able to cancel the shipment but I do offer 30 day refund policy in any event.
My order is missing/stolen!
Please reach out to us through our contact page so that we can start an investigation with the courier in regards to your missing parcel but until a missing package has been returned to Pirate Piška HQ or officially declared lost, we are unable to reship or refund the order. We assess each report on a case by case basis. Thank you for your understanding.

I don’t have a PayPay, what can I do?
If you’re a Slovenian resident, you can also pay via filling out an UPN form.
All prices are in charged in Euros (€). Currency can not be changed.

I ship worldwide from Slovenia, Europe.
What are the estimated shipping costs?
Slovenia: Shipping costs are from 2,00€ to 7,00€ per purchased item, depending on the quantity and size of the items. All shipping costs are calculated before you pay at check out.
Worldwide: Shipping costs are a flat rate of 9,00€ per purchase. If the item is oversized we will contact you prior to charging more than usual. Non-EU countries may add tax and/or duty to your order – which is not included in shipping costs.
Shipping and handling costs are included in the price of the product. Only when shipping to continents America, Africa, Australia, Asia there may be an additional shipping cost that varies. You will be contacted and informed by the seller in that case. We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. The seller is not responsible for any kind of delay caused by the shipping company.

How long does an order take to process?
I try to fulfill orders within 3-5 business days, but that depends if the product you order is in stock. All backpacks are handmade so they can take up to 10 business days to make if the product is not in stock. You are welcome to contact me before placing an order to make sure when your order will be shipped.

How long does it take to ship?
Shipping time may vary. Most Slovenian orders arrive within 1-3 business days. International orders can take up to 21 days.
I did not receive a tracking number!
Please send us an e-mail and let us know you didn’t get a tracking number.
Do my billing and shipping addresses need to be in the same country?
For security reasons, billing and shipping addresses are required to be in the same country.
I want to edit my shipping address.

Please note that we cannot modify your shipping details once the order has been processed by our team. We also are unable to modify the route of a parcel once it has been shipped.
What can I do if the product does not arrive at my address within the agreed time?
In this case, please contact me as soon as possible on the email address and together we will solve the problem.
How can I exchange/return an online purchase?
Please reach out through our contact page and we will be happy to assist. We offer a 15-day refund policy on all items purchased directly from me. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized products are not refundable.
Can I return products that are on sale?
When you buy products in special promotions, these can not be returned. Only for the products you have purchased at a regular price, I can return the value of the payment.
How much are the shipping costs when I want to exchange products?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please refer to our Return Policy in our Terms & Conditions. Please note: any purchases made through a third-party retailer are exempt from our Return Policy and would be subject to the specific retailer’s policies over which we have no control.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
I didn’t get my refund!
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
